Our Psychologist
Aswathy N. is an experienced and compassionate psychologist based in Calicut, specializing in individual and family counseling. With a strong academic foundation, she holds an Integrated MSc in Psychology from the Central University of Karnataka. Aswathy has gained hands-on experience through internships at renowned institutions, including Government Mental Health Center in Kozhikode, where she conducted mental health evaluations and led substance use awareness classes, and All India Institute of Speech and Hearing in Mysuru, where she facilitated group therapy and neuropsychological assessments.
Aswathy’s expertise includes depression, substance abuse, and family dynamics, supported by her training in behavior modification, group therapy, and psychosocial rehabilitation. Her commitment to mental health extends to school workshops, where she trains educators on identifying and addressing issues like depression, substance abuse, and bullying among students. Fluent in English, Tamil, Hindi, and Malayalam, Aswathy effectively communicates with a diverse clientele.
