Challenges & Opportunities in Higher Education of Learning Disabled.

An awareness program was organized by Wellness Clinic in association with Psychology Circle for the parents of children with Learning issues and Scholastic Backwardness on 18th June 2017 at CSI Retreat Centre Hall. The sessions were handled by the real time faculties from reputed institutions such as CDMRP, IMHANS, CRC Kozhikode. It was extremely beneficial for the students who passed out 10th standard but at the same time finding difficulties to plan ahead and explore the possibilities due to their academic backwardness and disability issues. It could throw enough light on various issues and challenges faced by students whose academic journey has been difficult and gave them a chance to explore the opportunities as well. The session was inaugurated by Dr.Suresh Kumar, HOD Clinical Psychology, CRC Kozhikode.
